Quantum Nutrition

QUANTUM NUTRITION

Craving or Healing? Which sensation are you quenching when you eat? What foods are delicious to you? Are you driven by the smell of a fast food outlet that markets to you every square mile? Do you feed your essential warnings of nutritional deficiencies? Are you tired or full of energy and ready to move? Can you run up the stairs and not get out of breath, or is the elevator you mode of operation? Healing lies within your beliefs. You hold the answer to heal yourself more than any other person in this world. You are divine. You deserve foods that heal; you deserve more than to eat upon sources that deprive you of the vitality you inherited since childhood. Energy should flow from the earth to you with your expression in movement and thought.
Healing yourself with food is not only limited to your body being able to perform more effectively and for your organs to flow internally more efficiently. This is only the tip of an exponentially growing iceberg. Science has only touched on the surface of the benefits of nutrition. We only discovered the 1st vitamin (Thiamin B-1) in 1901. There are over one thousand compounds in broccoli sprouts alone that we have not yet determined the benefits of (although we have isolated over 1,000 compounds in the same sprout). The plants that grow in the rainforest supply the medicinal properties that have been synthetically recreated due to nature being our true hospital. Hospitals actually kill hundreds of thousands of people just by making mistakes such as medication quantities. Nature tends to have a much higher success rate if relatively untainted by our measures to “process into perfection”. We all start with good intentions; nature will lead us to great manifestations.
This article is not intended to give you guidance, it is written to help you take your own inherent advice of good and bad. What foods resonate with you? What foods do you “feel” are healthy? Raw fruits and vegetables tend to be on the good list for us all. Listen to your body. As a nutritionist I can agree with the internal voice I hear, I can see the glow of fruits and vegetables light the infinite amount of studies that show miraculous health benefits. If you believe that what you are eating is making you stronger than it certainly will, if you are unconfident of your food sources or if you know inherently that the food you are eating is not good for you than it is time to make a change in your diet.
